Men, women and children come to Europe because they escape poverty, fear of death or starvation. Whether they are the “justified” asylum seekers or economic migrants is a question the responsible authorities will deal with. However, people have a right to a safe place where they are treated as human beings – not as a number.
Amsterdam based PR Agency ‘De Wolven‘ felt it was time to do something and approached Charlie + Mary’s agency for a collaboration. To help with providing a safe place for refugees we are collecting money with a statement shirt! Produced honestly and made of organic cotton of course.
We are asking retailers to join the initiative to help raising more awareness and money for the work of Vluchtelingenwerk Nederland.

As a retailer, you can buy these statement shirts for € 5.00 (this amount covers the printing and postage, we sponsor the t-shirts). The selling price is € 29.95 and we ask you to donate at least € 15.00 per sold tee directly to Vluchtelingenwerk. The t-shirts are available in dark grey and dark purple in a men’s (regular fit) and ladies’ (fitted waist) model in sizes S until XL. The minimim order quantity is 5 pieces per color and model. HOW IS THE MONEY SPENT?
Vluchtelingenwerk gives refugees in the Netherlands personal support and attention. The foundation helps refugees reunite with their remaining family members and assists refugees in asylum procedures. Vluchtelingenwerk continues fighting for solutions to the refugee crisis at both national and European level. Finally, the organization supports refugees to build new lives.
